FAQs
Is your campervan dog friendly?
Yes, our campervan welcomes well behaved dogs. We do provide a cover for the back seats, but we ask that you bring your own blanket to help protect the interior. Please never leave your dog alone in the campervan.
Do you allow smoking/vaping in the campervan?
Smoking and vaping is strictly forbidden within our campervan at any time.
Which Payment methods do you accept?
We accept Credit and debit cards, this includes Mastercard, Visa and American Express.
We do not accept cash payments.
Is the campervan fully insured?
Comprehensive Insurance Cover is provided for up to 2 drivers, terms and conditions can be found here.
Are our possessions insured while in the campervan?
No, sadly not. Please make sure you obtain your own insurance cover for personal belongings while they’re kept in the camper. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to your property.
Can I extend our trip while we are away in the camper?
We would love you to experience our campervan for longer. Please give us a call and we will see what we can do.
What ID do I need to provide?
You and any other drivers will need to provide us with your full UK photocard driving license and two other documents proving your address. These can be utility bills, a council tax reminder, or bank or credit card statements. These must be dated within three months of the date you provide them.
What do we need to bring?
You need to bring your own bedding; pillows, quilt and/or sleeping bag depending on your personal preference. Don't forget your towels. You may wish to bring other consumables such as foil. We recommend packing clothes in soft bags as they can be easily squashed into small spaces. Storage space is limited so pack light.
Can I leave my car with you when we collect the campervan?
Yes of course. One car parking space is provided with CCTV that covers the area, however we can’t be held responsible for any loss or damage caused to your vehicle while left at our depot.
